Animation Club

The Animation Club at MBK is a student founded interest club focused on 2D Animation. The club serves as an after school studio space for students to learn, practice, and teach animation with their peers in a positive and fun environment. The club space contains 28 computers with digital software such as Adobe Animate as well as Wacom drawing tablets for students to use.

All skill levels are welcome!

• A complete in-house animation tutorial course is available through our Canvas page as well as in person training during club meetings

• Students can work on independent or collaborative animation projects or animation exercises

• All necessary tools and resources are available for students to use during club meetings

• Depending on our available team, school and community jobs may be taken on as available

We meet every Monday from 3:05-4:30 p.m. Members are encouraged but not required to be at every meeting.

Parents: There is no financial cost to join the club but please be sure to arrive promptly at 4:30 p.m. to pick up your student
